A new synthetic turf field built for the Hornets and an active campus in Savannah, Georgia.

Advanced Sports Group completed the synthetic turf renovation of Saunders Field at Savannah Country Day School in Savannah, Georgia. One of the school’s most active spaces, Saunders Field supports football, soccer, lacrosse,
physical education classes, practices, games, camps, and community events throughout the year.

The project transformed a worn natural grass field into a durable, weather- ready athletic surface designed for consistent use. ASG’s work included field excavation and grading, drainage and base-system construction, and customsynthetic turf installation. The completed design features golden SCDS and Hornets end zones, a Hornet midfield logo, bold school branding, football markings, and multi-sport functionality.

The completed Saunders Field gives Savannah Country Day students a high-quality home field that is built for more practice time, more game time, and more opportunities to gather as a school community.
