Two new synthetic turf softball fields built for the Cartersville Lady Canes, City Parks programs, and the next generation of athletes in Cartersville, Georgia
In 2026, Advanced Sports Group completed turf construction for two dedicated softball fields at Dellinger Park in Cartersville, Georgia. The project transformed two existing grass baseball fields into a purpose built softball complex that serves Cartersville City Parks and the Cartersville Middle and High School Lady Canes.
ASG completed 82,722 square feet of field turf and 5,800 square feet of landscape turf. Our work included full field excavation and grading, advanced drainage and base system installation, precision laser grading, and custom synthetic turf installation. The finished fields feature vibrant green striped outfields, clay-colored infields, crisp white field markings, and custom Lady Canes branding.
The new softball complex is part of a broader investment in girls’ athletics and community recreation. With dedicated fields, upgraded spectator amenities, a fieldhouse, batting cages, and improved site infrastructure, Dellinger Park now provides a premium home-field experience built for year-round training, games, and community use marking, our team handled every phase of the build. The result is a facility that looks great, plays great, and will continue to perform at the highest level for years to come.
